Buying items is fairly simple. Review the following information to understand uBuyFirst’s best practice for buying items.
The BUY button is located at the BOTTOM MIDDLE of the application.
If a listing is clicked on and selected and the BUY BUTTON clicked, the application will start the buy process.
IF THE ITEM IS COMMIT TO BUY, the application will KNOW this and a dialog box will pop up giving you a change to confirm the purchase before uBuyFirst purchases with the placeoffer API call. Basic listing information will be included on this review screen as well.
Review and if you want to purchase, click BUY IT NOW button on the confirmation popup.
to the RIGHT of the BUY IT NOW button, a confirmation confirming the item was purchased will show up a second or so later confirming you won the item. In some cases, it will say “Not Available” if someone purchased it before you.
You WILL have to return to eBay.com and login and PAY for the item…however, being able to buy commit to buy items directly from the application allows you to more quickly buy an item than leaving the application, opening browser, scrolling to the buy button, loading a confirmation page, clicking the commit to buy button, waiting for the confirmation page and then returning back to uBuyFirst.
You can do it all in the same place and continue to be reviewing newly found items.
IF THE ITEM IS REQUIRE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT
uBuyFirst will know this and clicking on BUY will take you to the default browser of your PC, or the configured browser you have setup with your eBay account during the authentication process.
DOUBLE CLICKING ON A LISTING IN THE MAIN UI AT ANYTIME WILL REDIRECT TO EBAY.COM LISTING PAGE. DOUBLE CLICKING WILL NEVER INITIATE PURCHASING IF THE ITEM IS COMMIT TO BUY!
