Data Transmitted to AI Providers

When you use AI-powered features, the following types of data may be sent from your computer directly to your chosen third-party AI provider for analysis:

•       eBay listing data, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, seller information, pricing, and shipping details

•       Listing images and photographs

•       Your custom analysis prompts and configuration settings

•       Data from user-provided CSV files, spreadsheets, or databases used in conjunction with the Internal Endpoint feature

Important: This data is transmitted directly from your local machine to the third-party AI provider using your own API key. uBuyFirst does not route, store, intercept, or have access to the data sent to or received from your AI provider, nor do we have access to your AI provider API keys.

The handling, storage, retention, and use of data by third-party AI providers is governed entirely by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. uBuyFirst has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices of these third-party providers. Our browser extension, which provides additional functionality and enhanced user experience on supported websites, does not collect, store, or share any personal data. This access is limited strictly to providing these features and does not store or transmit your data.
