One place

Every Purchase, From Paid to Feedback Left. One Place.

Keep track of the dollars you have spent, turn them faster, and have every record in one place when you need to reference it.

A spreadsheet of orders with blanks, a question mark under Shipped and a Last edited Thursday flag.

“It's all in a spreadsheet, and nobody has updated it since Thursday.”

Every purchase syncs in on its own, with its eBay status. Nothing to keep up to date.

A view named Paid, not shipped, 7+ days, listing three orders with the days counting in red.

“What have I paid for that still hasn't shipped?”

Paid, not shipped, too many days since you bought it: that is a view. Open it, work it, send the message.

A seller record: six orders with you on a timeline, the newest flagged, and a note beneath.

“What happened last time with this seller?”

Your notes and your order history with that seller sit on the order, and build over time.

One order with eBay's Delivered status and your own statuses for receiving, testing and condition.

“A sheet shows me the record. It doesn't track what I did with it.”

Add your own statuses to every order: receiving, testing, condition, whatever your process needs. Set them on the order, filter on them in the list.

How it works

Work Orders by Stage: eBay's, or Ones You Define.

Connect an account. Filter orders by eBay's criteria and your own. Open the records in that stage and move them to the next one, until they are out the door.

  1. 1
Connect your eBay accountsOne or several. eBay's own sign-in.
  2. 2
Orders sync in with their eBay statusPayment, shipping, delivery, feedback and return status, as eBay reports it.
  3. 3
Work them in views, by eBay's status and yoursPrebuilt views to start. Build your own from any field.
  4. 4
Receive at the dock, verify, note, triageLook the parcel up, check it against what was supposed to arrive, set your status.
  5. 5
Message the seller or leave feedback from the order. Done.Feedback left finishes the purchase.

In the day

Receiving eBay Orders: From the Pile of Boxes to Done.

Message templates for the seller, with merge tags for order, item, seller, amount and tracking.

Monday morning

The mail arrives in piles. Get every box received, looked at and verified against what it was supposed to be.

  • The outliers show themselves: the ones that got delayed.
  • “This one hasn't shipped in a while.” Message the seller from the order.
  • Organized by your rules, so you work the group, not the list.
A receiving session at the dock: received and awaiting counts, lookup by tracking, item number, invoice or field value, and the awaiting list with Receive in on each row.

Look it up, receive it in

Pick up the box. Find the order. Receive it properly.

  • Look up by item number, seller, tracking or any field you set.
  • The order pops up. Mark it received, check it, note what you found.
  • Received and awaiting counts run as you go.
Your own Triage status dimension with the values Not triaged, Good, Tested complete and Exception.

Your values beside the eBay record

eBay has one notes field with a character limit and no statuses of yours. You need more.

  • Internal notes, custom values and triage, on the order, next to eBay's data.
  • Statuses that move an order from stage to stage.
  • Every stage visible through the filters. Not one long list, not one at a time.
What you can do

Order, Shipping, Receiving, Testing, Messages. One Command Center.

The eBay order and everything you do with it, on one page you arrange yourself.

  • eBay status and your own, on every order
  • Notes, and message the seller from the order
  • Your history with that seller
  • Custom fields through your workflow
  • Receive it in, test it, note it
  • Arrange the order page your way
  • Filters: prebuilt and your own
The order page

The Whole Purchase on One Page. Laid Out Your Way.

Payment, shipping, seller, returns, your notes and your statuses, on one page per order. Move the sections, hide the ones you do not use, and set any status in place.

An order page before your statuses are set: the pipeline, Needs you, Yours not set, and the receiving, shipping and payment panels.
Pipeline and Needs you. Paid, Shipped, Delivered, Received, Inspected, Feedback, Done. What is still owed reads in the same words.
The same order with your statuses set: Receiving Inspected, Triage New, Feedback Left.
Your statuses, set in place. Click a chip, pick a value. Starred dimensions always show; the rest fold behind “more”.
The order page layout menu: 2, 3 or 4 columns, each section on or off, drag to reorder.
Your layout. Two, three or four columns. Sections on or off. Reorder them in the order you work.

  • eBay Compatible Application
  • Built by buyers, for buyers

Setup, views, receiving, statuses, messaging and feedback are written up in the Post-Sale Management help docs.

FAQ

Post-Sale Management Questions, Before You Connect

Can I connect several eBay accounts?+

Yes. Connect each one through eBay's sign-in. Every view works across all of them or filtered to one.

What happens at eBay's 90-day wall?+

eBay's purchase history shows a limited window. Your orders stay here, with their statuses, notes and activity, for as long as you keep them.

Does it touch my eBay account?+

It reads your orders and their statuses through eBay's own sign-in. Messages and feedback you send from an order go through eBay as you. Your own statuses, fields and notes live here, not on eBay.

What does it cost?+

Free for now. You need a uBuyFirst web app account.

Can it file a return or a dispute?+

It shows you the return and dispute status on the order, with the window while it is still open, and takes you to the right place on eBay to act. Returns are labelled by what they mean: not as described, or changed my mind.

Desktop or web?+

Web. Post-Sale Management runs in the uBuyFirst web app, in any browser.

Close Out Purchases Faster. Get Back to Buying.

Connect your eBay accounts, the orders sync in, and the after-purchase work gets shorter.
