Backup & Restore

You can backup all of your setup to a local file.

Backup includes:

• Keywords
• Filters
• Workspace Settings
• Item Properties Settings
• Item Specifics
• Search Results View

Navigate to Help > Backup & Restore

• Click create backup
• Save .zip file
• To restore, click Restore and select file.

If you are on a new machine you will need to reentire your license key.

eBay Account Tokens using Commit to Buy and Make Offer might need to be regenerated.

We do not have a copy of your backup! It’s advised to email the backup file to yourself for later use along with a local backup on your PC’s harddrive.
