Where and how a VAT ID should be entered during checkout
During checkout, buyers should click the “Enter VAT ID” link and enter their VAT ID if they would like to avoid the VAT charge and have their VAT ID reflected on the final invoice.

VAT exemption is handled during checkout. However, if the customer forgets to add the VAT ID at checkout, they can contact us after the purchase by providing their order ID and VAT ID within 90 days of the purchase date, and we can refund the VAT charge.
Important: Please note that VAT refunds cannot be issued if the buyer paid via wire transfer.
